II. Scope and Conditions of Talent Recruitment
(1) Scope of Recruitment

(2) Application conditions
1. 2. 3. The academic degree and professional name stated in the applicant’s valid degree certificate, graduation certificate, and employment recommendation form must be completely consistent with the requirements in the "Academic Degree" and "Required Major" columns of the position applied for. 7. IV. Talent introduction procedures
(1) Registration
1. Registration method: Online and on-site registration are adopted, and registration fees are waived.
2. Registration method:
On-site registration: There are two assessment locations for this talent introduction, at the Chenggong Campus of Kunming University of Science and Technology on March 25 and in Northwest China on April 10 When an on-site talent introduction booth is set up at the Chang'an campus of the university, applicants must register on-site with a set of original and photocopy "application materials".
Note: If the positions at the Kunming University of Science and Technology recruitment registration point have been filled, the Northwest University recruitment registration point will no longer recruit. If there are remaining positions after this recruitment, they will be included in the 2021 Panzhihua City public institutions. The scope of recruitment staff will be directly assessed for the society; due to factors such as the epidemic, if the school prohibits candidates from outside schools from entering to register, we will set up another registration point outside the school. (2) Qualification review

2. Qualification review. The assessment team will review the qualifications of online applicants and on-site applicants at the dual selection meeting of colleges and universities (qualification re-examination will be carried out for those who have undergone preliminary qualification review). Applicants who pass the qualification review will receive the "Assessment Notice". Participate in the assessment in a timely manner according to the relevant requirements in the "Assessment Notice". The staff will retain the "Registration Information Form" and copies of the registration materials for those who have passed the qualification review.
Note: The review and assessment time and place of the Municipal Academy of Agriculture and Forestry, Panzhihua College, Municipal Party School, and Education and Health System will be notified separately by the unit.
(3) Assessment
1. Conduct assessments, trial lectures, etc. When participating in the assessment, candidates must bring the "Assessment Notice" and a valid ID card at the same time. Those with incomplete documents will not be allowed to participate in the assessment. Failure to participate in the examination at the time and place determined in the "Assessment Notice" will be deemed to have automatically given up.
3. Score calculation method. The total score is 100 points, and the total score of the candidates = assessment score.

(4) Physical examination
The competent department of the recruiting unit will organize the examination to a comprehensive hospital designated by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. (5) Publicity
Those who pass the assessment and physical examination will be publicized to the public for a period of 7 working days after being submitted for review and approval according to the prescribed procedures.

(6) Employment
1. Those who pass the assessment, physical examination and public announcement will be reviewed and confirmed by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Each employer shall handle relevant introduction procedures in accordance with prescribed procedures.
Fresh college graduates in 2021 will first sign a "tripartite agreement" and go through formal entry procedures after obtaining graduation certificates, degree certificates and other relevant documents.
2. The candidates to be hired who have been reviewed and confirmed shall report to the recruiting unit within the specified time limit, and the recruiting unit shall handle employment and other procedures in accordance with relevant national regulations. 3. Recruited personnel shall implement a probation period system in accordance with relevant policies and regulations. After the probationary period expires, those who pass the assessment of the recruiting unit will be formally hired; those who commit serious violations of laws and regulations during the probationary period or fail to pass the probationary period will be cancelled.
4.
