What does a textile, knitting, printing and dyeing worker do?

(1) operate dyeing proofing equipment, simulate dyeing samples according to standard samples, and provide technical data for formulating dyeing process prescription;

(2) Check the smoothness, capillary effect, width and alkalinity of the fabric;

(3) Operate the dyeing machine and control the temperature, time, pressure and speed. And dyeing, pre-baking, color fixing, soaping and the like. Yarn, thread, silk and fabric;

(4) Check the standard sample, distinguish the color light and depth, and check the color difference, color stripes and flowers, yarn breakage, etc.

(5) Finding and handling the abnormal phenomena in the dyeing process;

(6) Clean and maintain the equipment and handle the operation failure;

(7) Fill in the production record card.
