After the special post teachers have served for two years, the principal and interest of the national student loan they applied for will be repaid by the government. After four years of service, the tuition fees of special post teachers without national student loans will be refunded by the government at one time. Graduates who are included in the "special post plan" will cancel the probation period and assign positions and grades in advance. Special post teachers can be arranged in areas where the total number of teachers is overstaffed, and the special post teachers included in the establishment management should have no less than 6 years of teaching experience in their rural schools.
