Yesterday, the scene of the integrated micro-industrial park (Phase I) of Jinjiang Ying Lin Yuan Clothing Standard Factory was in full swing. This is one of the projects of Yinglin Fashion Clothing Industrial Park, which will be rooted in the local clothing industry, such as clothing, swimwear and fitness clothes, and become a bigger and stronger regional brand.

The micro-industrial park project will be built in two phases, with a planned total investment of 800 million yuan, with a total land area of 130.85 mu, a buildable area of 109.22 mu, standardized industrial workshops and related supporting buildings of 12, and a total construction area of180,000 square meters. Among them, the first phase of the project will build six standard factories, as well as staff apartments, warehouses, comprehensive office buildings and other buildings, and simultaneously improve the park greening, roads, outdoor pipe network and other supporting projects. The second phase of the project is being designed and submitted for approval.

At present, the first phase of the project has basically completed the pile foundation construction, and strives to complete the capping of the main buildings of four standard factories before the Spring Festival. ? Relying on the local characteristic clothing industry, after the completion of the comprehensive micro-industrial park (Phase I) of British Lin Yuan Clothing Standard Factory, more than 15 enterprises will be attracted to settle in, and small and medium-sized clothing enterprises and their supporting industries will be attracted, thus forming an agglomeration advantage of the clothing industry integrating R&D, design, production and sales, with an annual output value of 600 million yuan.

Xu Weiwei, head of Yinglin Park Office of Jinjiang Economic Development Zone, introduced that Yinglin Fashion Clothing Industrial Park is one of the standardized pilot parks in Jinjiang City, with a planned land area of 962 mu and a total planned project of 2 1 one, including 5 industrial projects and 6 municipal supporting projects, with a total investment of 3.665 billion yuan and a total future construction area of 100.

In addition to the standardized factory building under construction, the gold medal high-end functional fabric production project is also promoted in an orderly manner in the industrial park. The project covers an area of about 107.4 mu, with a planned investment of 500 million yuan. It is estimated that the project will be completed in 2024 and put into full use in 2026. After the project is put into production, the annual output of high-end warp-knitted and weft-knitted functional fabrics will be increased by 1 10,000 tons, which will help Jinjiang textile and garment industry chain to strengthen and fill the shortcomings of high-end functional fabrics.
