1. 2. Operating expenses subsidy: the love canteen is subsidized according to the average number of people per month, and no canteen is subsidized. The average number of people dining is between 20 and 30, and the subsidy is 80,000 yuan/year. If the average number of people dining is more than 30, the subsidy is 3,000 yuan/year, and the maximum subsidy is 500,000 yuan/year. The canteen covers 1 more villages (communities), and each village (community) covers a meal delivery fee of 5,000 yuan/year; For some reason, the love canteen with an average number of people below 20 will be subsidized according to the original standard. Other elderly people boarding in the love canteen are not included in the amount of subsidized meals. Each love canteen should declare the number of diners every month and submit it to the District Civil Affairs Bureau after street audit. Entrust a third party to undertake the food delivery service, and the one-time construction funds will not be subsidized. The operating fund subsidy method refers to the central canteen subsidy method. In principle, the cost of meals shall be borne by the elderly themselves. The determination and change of the charging standard must be approved by the street and shall not be changed at will.

3. Source and use of funds: The subsidy funds shall be borne by the streets and districts 50% respectively, which are mainly used for the construction cost of the "Love Canteen" and the management expenses such as labor in daily operation. The cost of ingredients charged to the elderly can be appropriately changed according to the price situation. The specific change standards shall be specifically agreed by the streets and villages (communities) and reported to the Civil Affairs Bureau for the record. The money and materials donated to the love canteen through charity and other means must be used in accordance with the wishes of the donors and the relevant management measures for charitable funds.
