In a blink of an eye, 2xxx years have passed. Looking back on my work in the past six months, with the support and help of my colleagues, I have completed my work well according to the annual plan of the company and individuals. Through half a year's study and work, I have a new understanding of my work and my personal working ability has been greatly improved. The work in the past six months is summarized as follows:
First, the first half of the work summary:
(A), knowledge management
In 2xxx years, according to the knowledge management integration method of the Group and the actual situation of the company, the original km promotion assessment scheme was adjusted, and the new integrated card paid more attention to the quantification of assessment results, process orientation and knowledge innovation. Through nearly half a year's implementation, good results have been achieved.

Note: As of May, the average score of the group was 87, and 25 companies scored above 90. 34 families with 80 points or above, with a minimum score of 57; 14 companies (including functional departments of the group) tied for 100, with Huangshi Company Group tied for first place and South China first. Ranked 43rd in the same period last year.

Note: The average annual cumulative score of employees is 18.85, ranking high.
(3)20 1 1 year group knowledge management assessment-channel click
1. Training coverage should be 100%.
On 20 1 1 year, the group adjusted the assessment requirements, formed an assessment mechanism with CKO channel as the core, focused on assessing the channel clicks and employee points of each factory, and also adjusted the CKO points method. In this regard, the company has also made corresponding adjustments, and conducted relevant training for various departments in March-May.
Through training, employees can learn how to improve their scores, how to recommend, how to comment and how to use the approval process. Through the training of various departments, the KM promotion atmosphere is good, and employees consciously use KM tools, which has achieved gratifying results.
2. Organize the establishment of a project team.
In March, a QC team was set up to tackle key problems around "How to improve the ranking of KM scorecard of the Group". The project kick-off meeting was held in April, and the person in charge and the division of activities were defined. Review and summarize every month, follow the PDCA principle and achieve the expected goal. Through the project research, the promotion requirements are standardized and the different problems existing every month are solved.
3. Welcome to the on-site audit of knowledge management of the Group.
At the end of March, two teachers, Liu Zeng and Zhang Yutong, from the planning headquarters of the Group, visited our company on the spot and spoke highly of our company's knowledge management promotion. They think our company has many bright spots, which are worth learning from our brother's factory, especially the standardized process and high efficiency. The score of this audit is 99 points, which is the first batch of audit units.
4. Attending the annual meeting of knowledge management, Huangshi Company shines brilliantly.
On April 28th, Tsingtao Brewery's second knowledge management elite forum and QC achievement conference was held in Songjiang, Shanghai. Vice President Jiang Hong and other company leaders and more than 200 knowledge management and QC workers from various business units and functional departments attended the grand meeting.
At this conference, the Huangshi company collectively or individually won four honors, which is really awesome.
(1), General Manager Tan of Huangshi Company was awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Leader of Knowledge Management" by the Group (only 6 factories and functional departments participated in the selection);
(2) Huangshi Company won the Group's "Knowledge Management Channel Management Progress Award" (KM promotion team made a concentrated appearance and won many praises, among which the assessment rules for KM promotion of Huangshi Company were shared and recommended by the group teachers at the Knowledge Management Elite Forum);
(3) Individuals won the honorary title of "Best Knowledge Management Specialist" of the Group.
At this annual meeting, the Group spoke highly of our knowledge management promotion. Through exchange and study, other brother factories also recognized our assessment ideas and promotion ideas, and fully affirmed our work.
