1. Treatment methods

Method 1: Patients Before seeing a doctor, you need to make an appointment in advance through our hospital's official account, Healthy Gansu APP, the hospital's official website, etc. When entering the hospital, you need to show your appointment registration voucher or the registration voucher obtained from the self-service registration machine at the pre-examination triage area of ??the hospital.

Method 2: Under special circumstances, patients can register on-site through the self-service registration machine at the pre-examination triage office of our hospital and receive treatment.

2. When patients enter the hospital, they should actively cooperate with temperature measurement, health code and itinerary verification, scan the Xiaolan office code, and cooperate with the investigation of symptoms and epidemiological history of COVID-19.

3. Except for special circumstances such as critical illness, all patients and companions must present a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours for treatment. Those with negative nucleic acid certificates within 24-48 hours should undergo nucleic acid sampling and antigen testing at our hospital’s nucleic acid collection point, wait where they are, and enter the hospital for treatment after the antigen test results are negative. Those whose nucleic acid test results exceed 48 hours will not be allowed to enter the hospital. Outpatients will not be accompanied unless necessary. If necessary, only one person will be allowed to accompany them.

4. Patients with fever and non-green code should go to non-green code hospitals for treatment.

5. Patients should wait 30 minutes in advance according to the appointment time. Keep a distance of 1 meter while waiting for treatment and sit in separate seats; strictly abide by "one patient, one clinic" when seeking treatment.

6. Patients and their family members must strictly protect themselves and wear masks throughout the process. Please leave immediately after the treatment and do not push or linger in the hospital.

7. Patients who need to be hospitalized and their companions must present a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours before they can be admitted to the hospital.

8. The inpatient department refuses all visits; try not to accompany patients. Those who really need a companion will strictly implement the "one patient, one companion" policy according to the epidemic requirements and keep it fixed.
