1, level 1 qualification standard.

(2) The technical director has more than 8 years' working experience in technical management of engineering construction, has the senior title of structure or the qualification of a first-class registered builder in construction engineering, and there are not less than 15 people with intermediate or above titles in construction engineering related majors, and the majors of structure, water supply and drainage, heating and ventilation and electrical engineering are complete; ?

(3) There are not less than 30 construction site management personnel with certificates, and the constructors, quality engineers, safety officers, mechanics, cost engineers, laborers and other personnel are complete; ?

(5) The technical director shall preside over the completion of not less than two engineering achievements required by the secondary qualification standards of this category.
