Requirements for becoming a Chinese supplier of Alibaba

(1) Hold a true, legal and valid business license issued by the industrial and commercial department of the People's Republic of China, and Obtained third-party certification;

(2) Confirm acceptance of the "VIP Procurement Platform Service Agreement (Online Signing)", "Authentic Product Guarantee Service Rules" and "Alipay Service Agreement", and register as the Alibaba Chinese website The user has opened an Alipay account and used Alipay services;

(3) Submit the following relevant supporting documents and obtain approval from Alibaba: 1) A copy of the business license;

2) Tax registration A copy of the certificate;

3) Chinese trademark right certificate (trademark acceptance notice) or trademark owner authorization certificate;

4) The merchant assigns a contact person to apply for and use Alibaba VIP purchasing Documents proving the service;
