3. Recruitment conditions

2. Interview time.

The preparation time for each position is 30 minutes, and the interview time is 20 minutes (the trial lecture time is 15 minutes, and the talent show time is 5 minutes).

3. Interview scoring.

The interview score is calculated by removing the highest score and the lowest score, and taking the average of the remaining examiner scores to obtain the candidate's interview score.

(5) Assessment

The assessment is organized and implemented by the leadership group.

The assessment mainly examines the political and ideological quality and moral character of the candidates, as well as their business abilities, work performance, and job matching related to the position they are applying for.

If the candidate fails the assessment or fails the re-examination of application qualifications, substitute candidates will be determined and assessed based on their comprehensive scores from high to low.

(6) Physical examination

Candidates approved by the school will go to the designated hospital for physical examination according to the requirements.
