China Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1989 (formerly known as China Biological Products Corporation, renamed in August 2003, hereinafter referred to as Zhongsheng Group), and was originally an important state-owned backbone enterprise managed by the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
