1. Grasp the establishment and strict training, and consolidate the work foundation of female employees. Adhere to the simultaneous preparation, approval and establishment of women workers' committees and trade union committees. The training of female workers and cadres is organized at different levels. The Municipal General Women's Committee organized more than 30 members of the new Women's Committee to participate in the autumn training course for cadres of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. Through a week-long training and exchange, we have a better understanding of trade union theory and business knowledge, laws and regulations of female employees, and our working ability and level have been further improved.

2. Grasp the norms, strengthen supervision, and promote the continuous development of the work of female employees. Vigorously promote the standardization of women workers' organizations, especially in non-public enterprises and newly-built enterprises. By strengthening supervision and inspection, strengthening business guidance, formulating work standards, clarifying work responsibilities, standardizing the regular meeting system, improving work accounts and other measures, the organization is more standardized, the mechanism is more sound, the operation is more optimized, and the effect is more remarkable.

While affirming our achievements, we are more clearly aware that there are still some problems that cannot be ignored in our current work: the innovative spirit and ability are not strong enough; Investigation and research, service at the grassroots level is not deep enough; The operation mechanism and service means are not excellent enough, and these problems should be seriously improved in the future work.
