2. Recruitment conditions

4. Pay professional examination and interview examination fees. Candidates who have obtained professional examination and interview qualifications shall pay an examination fee of RMB 50 per person after being confirmed by on-site qualification review.

Qualification review runs through the entire admission process. Applicants who have obtained professional examination interview qualifications and fail to submit relevant materials as required within the specified time will be deemed to have abstained. Those who do not meet the qualifications to apply for the examination will be disqualified from the professional examination and interview. Vacancies caused by abstention or disqualification will be filled in order based on the results of the written examination. 4. Examination

The examination is divided into written examination, professional examination and interview. 1. Written test: The written test is a closed-book test with unified propositions, paper making and marking. Mainly tests the theoretical level of education and teaching. The total score is 100 points.

4. Interview: It mainly tests the applicant's educational theory level, language expression ability, adaptability and behavior and other qualities. The total score is 100 points.

5． Determine the candidates to be hired: The total score of candidates who take the professional examination and interview is calculated based on the ratio of 20% of the written examination score, 60% of the professional examination, and 20% of the interview. The personnel to be recruited will be determined based on the total scores in different subjects from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:1 for the recruitment position. If the total scores of the candidates are the same, the candidates to be hired will be determined according to the professional examination scores from high to low.

5. Physical examination, political review and employment

The Education Bureau will organize a physical examination for candidates to be hired. The physical examination standards refer to the "Shandong Province Teacher Qualification Certification Physical Examination Standards and Operating Procedures", and the physical examination expenses are borne by the candidates themselves. Those who pass the physical examination will be organized by the Personnel and Labor Bureau and the Education Bureau to conduct a political review in accordance with relevant regulations. Those who pass the political review will sign an "Employment Agreement" with the Education Bureau. The vacancies caused by failure in the physical examination, failure in the political examination or breach of contract will be filled in sequence according to the total examination results of the same subject.
