I. Time, place and arrangement of registration

(1) Registration time:

Second, transportation arrangements (only for school finalists)

(a) The flight place of the candidate is the city where he participates in the application;

(2) The company provides free round-trip air tickets for candidates who come to Xiamen for re-examination (fuel surcharge and airport construction fee are self-care, and they will be collected in Xiamen after registration). I will be informed of the specific flight information by SMS.

Third, the follow-up arrangements and matters needing attention

(1) Precautions for physical examination:

1. If the female classmate has poor eyesight (myopia), that is, table C is lower than 0.5, please go to a professional optical shop for optometry in advance, and then match two pairs of contact lenses with the same degree, at least correct them to table E 5.0, and obtain an "optometry form" and an official invoice, and submit them to an ophthalmologist for examination during the formal physical examination.

2. The naked eye vision of boys did not reach 0.7(C at the initial physical examination (Table C). Please complete the vision correction according to the doctor's instructions during the initial physical examination, and take measures to correct your vision before the formal physical examination, but don't wear OK glasses to correct your vision.

3. Those who undergo corneal laser surgery (myopia surgery) must obtain a copy of the operation record (non-medical case and operation certificate) from the operation hospital and affix the official seal of the hospital, and submit it to the ophthalmologist for review during the formal physical examination.

4. Anyone who has other surgical experience should bring a copy of hospital medical records, discharge records or surgical records (stamped with the official seal of the hospital) and submit them to a specialist medical examiner for review during the formal medical examination.

5. On the day of physical examination, the clothes worn by candidates should be loose and tidy, and one-piece dresses/pants should be avoided to facilitate physical examination. It is forbidden to wear frame glasses and OK glasses before physical examination, and it is forbidden for boys to wear contact lenses.

6. Please tidy up your personal hygiene the day before the inspection. It is forbidden to apply perfume, hair gel, gel water and nail polish. During the inspection. Boys don't have long hair and beards. Go to bed early the night before the exam, ensure adequate sleep, and attend the physical examination in a good mental state. You must be on an empty stomach before blood drawing, that is, you can't eat or drink from 22: 00 in the evening before blood drawing.

7. Please obey the arrangement of the staff during the physical examination, keep the scene quiet and don't make noise. Please respond loudly when the doctor or staff call the roll.

8. The specific medical examination items and time schedule shall be subject to the on-site notice of the medical examination institution. Please be sure to confirm the completion of all physical examination items with the physical examination doctor.

(II) Matters needing attention in the company's second interview:

1. Pay attention to gfd, wear light makeup, don't wear jewelry, and unify professional clothes;

2. Boys and girls should not cover their ears with hair, and girls should raise their heads to show their foreheads;

3. Applicants with special skills in literature and art can prepare for on-site exhibition.

(3) Notes on written test:

(4) Matters needing attention in background investigation:

1.
