The notice stressed that it is necessary to strengthen the control of key periods, especially the control of fireworks and firecrackers during the 23rd of the twelfth lunar month, the Spring Festival, the Lantern Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day and other key periods. In view of the prominent key areas and parts of illegal discharge activities within the jurisdiction, it is necessary to deploy key forces and be responsible for the division of labor, so as to ensure that people are appointed, posts are created, responsibilities are fixed, and illegal sales and discharge activities are discovered and investigated in time.

Previously, on June 9, 65438, the Public Security Bureau of Yichuan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province issued the "Announcement on the Notice of the People's Government of Yichuan County on the Comprehensive Prohibition of Fireworks and Firecrackers (Draft) for Public Opinions", which showed that the sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers were completely prohibited throughout Yichuan County. If it is really necessary to set off fireworks and firecrackers due to special circumstances, it shall be implemented according to the procedures with the consent of the county government. Overseas transportation of fireworks and firecrackers that need to pass through this restricted area shall be approved by the public security organ according to law and abide by relevant laws and regulations.

Dengzhou city City, Henan Province, Xihua County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province and other places have also recently made regulations prohibiting the sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers in the whole region at any time.

Tangyin county, Anyang City, Henan Province once again issued a document, reiterating the global full-time ban last year. In addition, many places in Hebei Province have recently issued regulations prohibiting the sale of fireworks and firecrackers.

On June 5438+February 3, 20201day, the government of Jize County, Handan City, Hebei Province issued the Notice on the Total Prohibition of the Sale of Fireworks and Firecrackers, and Jize County banned the sale of fireworks and firecrackers all day.

On the same day, the government of Dachang Hui Autonomous County, Langfang City, Hebei Province also issued a notice to completely ban the production, storage, management, transportation and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers throughout the county from 202 1 1.

Haixing County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province; Laishui County, Baoding City, Hebei Province; Botou City, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province; Yan 'an New District, Shaanxi Province; Guoyang County, Bozhou City, Anhui Province; And Chaisang District, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, have recently issued policies prohibiting the sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers in the whole region.

In some places, there is a global ban for a limited time, or a full-time ban in a limited area relative to a full-time ban in the whole area, or a limited area ban throughout the year.

In some areas, New Year's Eve and Spring Festival can be set off at fixed points. In some places, fireworks and firecrackers have always been prohibited, while in others, fireworks and firecrackers are specifically allowed on holidays such as the Spring Festival.

The Notice of the People's Government of Yanchang County, Yan 'an City, Shaanxi Province on Prohibiting and Restricting Fireworks and Firecrackers during the 20021Spring Festival says that in restricted discharge areas, public discharge areas or discharge points uniformly selected by neighborhood offices and communities, the Spring Festival can be held on February 1 1 day (New Year's Eve) and February 17 (February)

Baisha Li Autonomous County of Hainan Province also stipulates that Xishui Township Market is a restricted area, and the restricted time is during the Spring Festival and Lantern Festival.
