How much is the general basic salary and commission for recruiting senior students to practice as foreign trade salesmen?

According to my experience in private enterprises (limited to Zhejiang), my reply is as follows:

Beginners generally have a basic salary of 1500 to 2300, which is for salesmen who have just come out to do foreign trade.

Performance depends on the constituent products (also related to the company's own profits).

Textiles are generally low, with a turnover of only 5 to 1%.

Outdoor products, hotel products, personal care products and hardware tools generally account for 1% to 2%.
