First, the recruitment target

Second, qualifications.

Third, the recruitment process

(1) Registration

(2) Qualification examination

Candidates who pass the preliminary qualification examination and enter the interview qualification review will be notified by Ya 'an Middle School by telephone and email.

Candidates must go to the designated place for qualification examination according to the specified time, and those who fail to do so will be deemed to have given up automatically.

The qualification examination shall provide the following materials:

Candidates who graduated from colleges and universities in 2023 must provide academic qualifications, degrees and written materials related to their majors issued by their institutions.

Returned students are required to provide the original and 1 copy of the academic degree certificate certified by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education.

Those who pass the qualification review will be given an interview notice and enter the interview assessment procedure.

(3) Interview evaluation

1. Interview Form

Recruitment takes the form of defense and trial lecture.

Time: 50 minutes: including defense 10 minutes (including 3 minutes of preparation) and 40 minutes of trial lecture (including 20 minutes of preparation).

On-the-spot grading is adopted, and the percentage system is implemented, and the score is kept at 2 decimal places.

The total score of candidates = defense score ×20%+ trial lecture score ×80%.

2. The interview assessment will be arranged in March 2023 in principle (the time is to be determined, and the school will notify you by SMS or telephone after confirmation). See the interview notice for details.

Candidates participate in the interview assessment with their valid identity documents and interview notices.

Those who fail to arrive at the designated assessment place on time are deemed to have given up automatically.

3. The interview will draw a qualified score of 80 points. Anyone who is lower than the interview qualified score line shall not enter the physical examination and inspection procedures.

(4) Physical examination

According to the job recruitment quota, the physical examination candidates are determined according to the total scores of candidates from high to low.

Physical examination is conducted in general hospitals at or above the county level.

Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2012] No.65) and the Notice on Revision and Related Contents (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065438] 140).

After the announcement and before the implementation of this recruitment medical examination, if the state introduces new medical examination regulations, the new regulations shall prevail.

Candidates who have doubts about the results of physical examination items may request re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of physical examination conclusion, and the re-examination content is the items that have an impact on the physical examination conclusion.

Re-examination is only conducted once, and the conclusion of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination results.

Those who fail the physical examination will no longer enter the follow-up procedure.

Vacancies due to unqualified physical examination or automatic abandonment will be filled in the order of the total score of candidates from high to low.

If the interviewer of this position fails to reach the interview qualified score line or no one fills in the report, it will not be replenished.

(5) Comprehensive investigation

After the physical examination, the qualified personnel are inspected.

The main contents include examining the political quality, moral quality, work ability, law-abiding, psychological quality, personal credit and other aspects of the object, and verifying whether the object meets the registration qualification conditions and whether the information and materials provided at the time of application are true and accurate.

Those who fail the inspection will not enter the follow-up procedure.

Vacancies caused by unqualified inspection or automatic abandonment will be filled in order of the total score of candidates from high to low.

If the interviewer of this position fails to reach the interview qualified score line or no one fills in the report, it will not be replenished.

(6) Publicity

According to the results of interview, physical examination and investigation, the candidates will be publicized for 7 working days through Ya 'an Personnel Examination Network.

When accepting social supervision and reporting during the publicity period, the whistleblower should reflect the problem realistically with his real name and provide necessary investigation clues.

(7) Employment

If there is no objection to the publicity, the employment review and confirmation procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

In principle, the employment will be terminated before August 30, 2023.

The employed personnel shall, within 1 month after the end of publicity, terminate or terminate the personnel-labor relationship with the original unit according to law before going through the employment examination and approval procedures, and provide relevant written basis for terminating the personnel-labor relationship.

If the personnel and labor relationship cannot be dissolved or terminated with the original unit within the prescribed time limit, it shall be deemed as an automatic waiver of employment qualification.

Therefore, vacancies will be filled according to the total score of candidates from high to low.

The replacement work is only carried out once.

If the interviewer of this position fails to reach the interview qualified score line or no one fills in the report, it will not be replenished.

The management of employed personnel shall be carried out in accordance with the Implementation Opinions on the Management of Full-time Employment System of Public Institutions in Ya 'an, in which the probation period for the first time is 1 year, and the probation period for the second time is 6 months (the second time refers to the candidates who are full-time employees in government institutions).

Failing to arrive at the post at the time specified by the recruiting unit, disobeying the work arrangement or not signing the employment contract, it is regarded as automatically giving up the employment qualification.

Fourth, policy treatment.
