First, the recruitment principle

(1) publicity stage. 2. Enjoy bonus points. Candidates from ethnic minorities (Mongolian, Oroqen, Ewenki, Dahan, Russian) who answer questions in Chinese will get 5 points on the basis of written test results.
3. Admission and employment principles. Take the written test scores and the total score of extra points, and employ them in batches according to the annual resettlement quota until all the resettlement is completed. Strictly implement the employment system and sign employment contracts for the employed personnel according to the employment system of government agencies and institutions.
4. Resettlement destination and treatment. All normal employees are arranged to work in the education system, and all abnormal employees are arranged to work in various township comprehensive stations in Sumu. After employment, the salary will be implemented according to the minimum wage standard of our flag stipulated by the relevant policies of the autonomous region. With the improvement of the minimum wage standard, the salary can be increased year by year after the unit and the superior competent department pass the examination.
