If the applicant has doubts about the results of the medical examination items that were not re-examined on the same day or on the spot, he may apply for re-examination to the medical examination implementation organ within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination. Re-inspection on the same day, on-site re-inspection and off-site re-inspection can only be conducted once. The re-examination contents are items that have an impact on the conclusion of the physical examination, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.

(3) Failing to have a medical examination as required shall be deemed as giving up the medical examination. Applicants who resort to deceit or deliberately conceal the real situation during the medical examination shall be dealt with according to relevant regulations.

(4) If there is a vacancy due to reasons such as not attending the medical examination or failing to pass the medical examination, the recruiting unit shall apply, and with the consent of the office of the leading group for open recruitment of county institutions, the applicants for the same position shall be replenished in equal amounts according to their comprehensive scores from high to low, and the replenishment shall not exceed once.
