In view of the fact that the coal from Huaneng Yushe Power Plant is mostly transported by car, with many links and complicated situations, the plant takes the control of "running, running, dripping and leaking" of coal as the top priority. In order to strengthen management, the "Fuel Management Office" and "Fuel Supervision Office" were established in May, and the coal yard was managed and supervised by special personnel. At the same time, eight fuel and supply management personnel were openly recruited in the whole plant, the personnel strength of mine supervision and coal inspection positions was strengthened, and new fuel management standards were introduced, the work flow was clarified, the responsibility requirements were refined, and the rewards and punishments were increased. Through the implementation of the above measures, the quality of incoming coal has been greatly improved. The price of standard coal in calorific value of coal increased from 4,637 kcal/kg in April to 4,796 kcal/kg at the end of June, and the purchase price of standard coal decreased from 693.04 yuan/ton in April to 599.36 yuan/ton at the end of June, which effectively promoted enterprises to turn losses into profits.
