Provisions on the administration of road transport practitioners:

Twelfth road dangerous goods transport loading and unloading management personnel and escorts shall meet the following conditions:

(a) the age is not more than 60 years old;

(2) Junior high school education or above;

(a) identity certificate and a copy;

(2) academic certificate and its copy;

(3) Relevant training certificates and copies.

Eighteenth transportation departments and road transport management institutions shall arrange examinations for applicants who meet the conditions for entering the examination.

Nineteenth transportation departments and road transport management institutions shall publish the examination results within 10 days after the examination. For those who pass the examination, the corresponding qualification certificates for road transport practitioners will be issued within 10 days from the date of publication of the examination results.

Twentieth road transport practitioners qualification examination results are valid for 1 year, after which the examination results are invalid.
