Shenyang Automobile Vocational and Technical College (Automobile Branch of Shenyang Vocational and Technical College) is an ordinary full-time higher vocational college approved by the Liaoning provincial government and filed by the Ministry of Education, and has the qualification to issue full-time college diplomas. The School of Automobile and Transportation of Shenyang Gong Li University founded "Automobile and Tractor Specialty" on 1997. 1998, the Second Mechanical Engineering Department was reorganized and moved to Jinbei Education Center (Toyota Technical School), and a joint school was established to establish Shen Gong Automobile Institute. At the end of 2000, it merged with the first machinery department to establish the machinery research institute.
