2021 Licensed Pharmacist Registration Time:

According to the registration arrangements for the Licensed Pharmacist Examination in recent years, it is expected that the Registration for the 2021 Licensed Pharmacist Examination will be on July 7 Starting from August to August.

Registration time for licensed pharmacists in 2019: August 8 to September 6

According to the Notice of the State Food and Drug Administration and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Issuing the Regulations on the Professional Qualification System for Practicing Pharmacists and the Implementation Measures for the Professional Qualification Examination for Practicing Pharmacists 》 (State Drug Administration [2019] No. 12) document spirit, all citizens of the People's Republic of China and foreigners approved to work in our country who meet one of the following conditions can apply to take the professional qualification examination for licensed pharmacists :

(1) Obtain a college degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and have worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for five years;

(2) Obtain a bachelor's degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine Bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree from a professional university, and have worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for three years; Have worked in a pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine position for at least one year;

(4) Obtain a doctorate degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine;

(5) Obtain a relevant major in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine For those with corresponding academic qualifications or degrees, the number of years working in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine positions will be increased by one year accordingly.

Those who meet the application conditions of the "Regulations on the Professional Qualification System for Practicing Pharmacists", obtain senior professional titles in pharmacy or medicine in accordance with relevant national regulations and work in pharmaceutical positions, may be exempted from the Pharmacy Professional Knowledge (1) and Pharmacy Professional Knowledge ( 2), only take the exams for two subjects: pharmaceutical management and regulations, and comprehensive pharmaceutical knowledge and skills; those who have obtained a senior professional title in traditional Chinese medicine or traditional Chinese medicine and work in a traditional Chinese medicine position are exempted from the professional knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine (1), Chinese medicine Pharmacy professional knowledge (2), only take the exams in two subjects: pharmaceutical management and regulations, and comprehensive knowledge and skills of traditional Chinese medicine.

Comply with the Notice of the former Ministry of Personnel and the former State Food and Drug Administration on the revision and issuance of the "Interim Provisions on the Qualification System for Practicing Pharmacists" and the "Implementation Measures for the Qualification Examination for Practicing Pharmacists" (People's Development [1999] No. 34 , (hereinafter referred to as the original regulations), personnel with technical secondary school education (including Chinese medicine apprentices who are exempted from some subjects) can register to take the exam before December 31, 2020. The validity period of the examination results shall be in accordance with the original regulations, and the validity period of each subject score shall be until 2020 at the latest December 31, year. Applicants with a technical secondary school degree should choose to take the exam for all subjects (technical secondary school) or exempt two subjects (technical secondary school) according to the application conditions they meet.
