4. Examination Matters
1. Written test. Interview. ①Method for determining candidates to participate in the interview: Based on the candidates’ written test scores and in a 2:1 ratio according to the planned recruitment plan for each position, the candidates to participate in the interview will be determined from high scores to low scores. ②The main content of the interview is to test appearance, professional knowledge, practical work experience, and language expression ability. 3. Calculation method of total exam score: total exam score = written test score and interview score

5. Recruitment Methods

During the probationary period, the monthly salary of the employed personnel is 800 yuan. If they pass the assessment after the probationary period, the monthly salary of the officially employed personnel is 1,000 yuan.
