The employer asked for CET-6, but I failed. Can I apply?

I don't know how many points you got in the exam, but the default is 425 points. Are you much worse?

First: Did you really get a job? If so, it means that you meet the requirements and are waiting to apply for the job. How can you ask for a transcript (the transcript should have been sent before you got the OFFER)

Second: Even if you get the OFFER, the employer still wants you to send the report card. If your score is not much worse than 425, such as above 400, I suggest you send it.
