Scope of qualification contract for general contracting of mine engineering

Legal analysis: the first-class qualification can undertake all kinds of mine engineering construction. The second-level qualification can undertake the following mine engineering construction (excluding mine special law construction projects): (1)10.2 million tons/year of iron ore mining and dressing projects; (2) Mining and dressing projects of colored placer ore below 65438+200,000 tons/year or colored vein ore below 700,000 tons/year; (3)10.5 million tons/year of coal mine projects (excluding high gas, coal (rock) and gas (carbon dioxide) outburst mines, mines with complicated hydrogeological conditions, and vertical shafts with shafts over 600 meters) or 3.6 million tons/year of coal washing projects; (4) Phosphorus ore, pyrite ore or uranium ore with an annual output of less than 700,000 tons; (5) gypsum mine, timely mine or limestone mine and other building materials mine projects with an annual output of less than 800,000 tons.

The third-level qualification can undertake the following mine engineering construction (excluding mine special law construction projects): (1) iron ore mining and dressing projects below 700,000 tons/year; (2) Mining and dressing projects of colored placer ore below 700,000 tons/year or colored vein ore below 360,000 tons/year; (3) Coal mining projects below 600,000 tons/year (excluding mines with high gas and coal (rock) and gas (carbon dioxide) outburst, mines with complicated hydrogeological conditions and shafts with 600 meters) or coal washing projects below 654.38+0.8 million tons/year; (4) Phosphate, pyrite or uranium projects with a capacity of 360,000 tons/year and a capacity of 240,000 tons/year; (5) 65438+200,000 tons/year gypsum mine, 480,000 tons/year seasonal mine or limestone mine and other building materials mining projects.

Legal basis: Article 15 of the Construction Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the contracting unit and the contracting unit of a construction project shall conclude a written contract according to law to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties.

Contractors and contractors shall fully perform their contractual obligations. Those who fail to perform their obligations in accordance with the contract shall bear the liability for breach of contract according to law.
