There are several reasons why they have this idea:

First, the boom of the entertainment and film and television industries has made the social atmosphere more and more impetuous, leading to many people being indolent and indolent. I always feel that there are easier and higher-paying jobs, and I am worthy of such a job;

Secondly, the rapid development of society and industry has greatly squeezed people’s labor costs, making overtime work the norm, and the norm in the second half of the year The workload must be squeezed out for a month to produce results due to abnormal competition. Over time, people are exhausted physically and mentally;

Thirdly, the popularity of college students makes them no longer stand out from the crowd, and their chances of job promotion are low. Poor, career development prospects are slim, so work initiative and enthusiasm are very small;

Fourth, except for some research work, many jobs are routine, and the professional knowledge involved does not require spending money. It takes too long to figure it out and be able to handle it with ease. Except for the first 1 to 2 months, graduates feel as if they have learned nothing in college. After this novice period, they feel that their professional knowledge has reached its peak. , they can use the same routine for any project, they no longer have the desire to explore new knowledge, and professional knowledge is no longer novel to them.

This should be the current job situation of an undergraduate who graduated from an ordinary second-tier school.

Looking at the major recruitment websites, the year before the year is a relatively unified time period for major colleges and universities to recruit, and the year after the year seems to be the best time for talents who already have work experience and want to change jobs with more value. Given the opportunity, major headhunting units in first-tier cities are estimated to have already found more suitable talents for high-end positions.

Leaving aside these high-end positions in first-tier cities for the time being, the employment markets in second-, third-, and fourth-tier cities such as Zhengzhou, Wuhan, and Qingdao are basically similar. I have roughly summarized that the positions that are being recruited are basically divided into the following types:

The first category is professional jobs: such as R&D positions, designers, engineers, cost engineers, financial securities, economic management, network industries, etc. These requirements are relatively high and require a professional background and experience. Depending on your professional background, the older you are, the more valuable you are;

The second category is technical jobs: auto repair, chefs, accountants, teachers, medical and technical nurses. These types of jobs have certain academic requirements, but they are generally not high. A college degree is sufficient, but skills or experience are required;

The third category is general workers: such as customer service, production line workers, clerks, online part-time workers, game management, construction site workers, etc., these types require a little training You can start the job immediately. The requirements for education and experience are not high, but the age requirement is generally 18-35 years old;

Category 4 is various sales positions, including cars, real estate, insurance, etc. The requirements are not high and the work is more flexible. , but you must have connections and eloquence, and the salary and benefits are linked to sales performance;

The fifth category is the relevant skills or general workers required by various service organizations, such as store managers, fitness instructors, beauty salons, etc. Teachers, property managers, etc. generally have low requirements and require training or a little study to get started. The industry has high mobility;

The above types of positions that are currently in common demand in the recruitment market may all be cultivated in the future. Talents who are self-employed, so based on their current work situation, I personally think that everyone should have a career plan that meets their own conditions when working. When entering each industry, you should first understand your possible future development route and the destination before retirement. level, and then practice to choose a job that suits you, and then set your own development direction and route on the basis of this job, and work hard for it. Although it will not make you rich overnight, I believe that at least it will not make you rich. Not many years ago.
