1996 10 10 became the chairman and president of Sichuan hengkang development co., ltd.

In September of 20001year, Gansu Duyiwei Bio-pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Duyiwei, was established, and Sichuan Hengkang increased its capital by 5 million yuan. Subsequently, after several capital operations, Que Wenbin realized the holding of Duyiwei.
