FAW Automobile Research Institute, formerly known as Changchun Automobile Research Institute, is now the technical center of China FAW Group, which is mainly responsible for the research, development, trial production and testing of complete vehicles and parts, as well as technologies and materials.
FAW Car and FAW Technology Center both belong to China FAW Group.
