Site selection and positioning

To be clear, site can be a verb or a noun.

But site rarely does verbs, and the usage of verbs is almost = to the situation = to the location.

But site emphasizes where the manual setting is and where the manual placement is.

For example, the boss decided to build the company by the river.

They put the machine gun behind the door.

In contrast, locate does not emphasize man-made, but directly indicates position or place (for example, when the police chase criminals and drive away).
