Second, the process of inheritance and transfer after immigration

The foreign transfer of foreign citizens' inheritance of domestic heritage according to law shall be handled in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Administration of Foreign Transfer, Sale and Payment of Personal Property and other relevant provisions.

According to this method, the applicant applying for inheritance and transfer shall submit the following materials to the local foreign exchange bureau:

3. How long does it take for the notarization of property inheritance?

1. Article 30 of the Notary Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that if the notary office considers the certification materials applied for are true, lawful and sufficient, and the matters applied for notarization are true and lawful, it shall issue a notarial certificate to the parties within 15 working days from the date of accepting the notarization application. However, due to force majeure, supplementary certification materials or the need to verify relevant information, the time required is not counted in the time limit.
