37. The enrollment of ethnic preparatory classes will be admitted together with the corresponding batch of colleges and universities. 38. 46. The following high school graduates (item (8) is not limited to high school graduates) add 20 points on the basis of the total score of the unified examination, and the school will decide whether to admit them:

49. Articles 46, 47 and 48 stipulate that the bonus points are not cumulative, that is, if candidates enjoy more than two bonus points at the same time, only one of them will be counted, with a maximum of 20 points. Candidates who meet the above conditions for extra points shall be publicized by the Provincial Admissions Office on the website of Henan Admissions Office, and candidates who have not been publicized shall not be given extra points.
50. For each batch (excluding art and sports), the candidates who first volunteered to fill in the agricultural and forestry colleges and universities, if the number is insufficient, they can be graded in the admission control score line, and the reduction rate will not exceed 20 points. 5 1. The following candidates are given priority by colleges and universities under the same conditions as other candidates:

52. Colleges and universities shall not refuse to accept candidates who are physically disabled, can take care of themselves, can complete their reported professional studies and achieve the required results in the college entrance examination.
53. Colleges and universities should mark the list of candidates to be admitted (including candidates admitted by unified examination, walk, separate examination, etc.) with the same admission type, and report to the provincial admissions office for examination and approval, and supplement or adjust the corresponding plan through the online management system of the national college enrollment source plan. After the examination and approval of the Provincial Admissions Office, a database of admission candidates will be formed, and the corresponding roster of admission candidates and the confirmation form of admission candidates will be printed accordingly (the confirmation form is only used in the third batch of undergraduate courses), and the special seal for admission of the Provincial Admissions Office will be stamped. Provincial admissions offices and institutions of higher learning shall announce the relevant admission results to the public, and provide admission information, public consultation and appeal channels for candidates. Candidates can log on to the website of Henan Admissions Office, or call the provincial admissions service hotline, or check and confirm their admission results through city and county recruitment and announcement.
54. Candidates' paper media files (including candidates' senior secondary education stage files and candidates' registration forms, physical examination forms and volunteer forms) are managed by counties (cities, districts) in a unified way, and the archival materials must be complete and complete. After the paper media files of the admitted candidates are sealed by the county (city, district) recruitment office, the candidates themselves will go to the county (city, district) recruitment office with the admission notice, admission ticket and ID card to collect them, and hand them over to the admitted universities when reporting. When receiving files, both candidates and county (city, district) admissions staff should perform the signing procedures.
Ban Zhao at all levels should strengthen the management of paper media files, and may not provide files to candidates and universities without the approval of Ban Zhao Province. 55. No unit or individual may disclose the personal information of candidates and confidential information related to the admission process without authorization.
56. According to the Notice of Henan Provincial Public Security Department on No Migration of Accounts for Freshmen in Colleges and Universities in Our Province (Tong [2002] No.85), no migration of accounts will be carried out after freshmen are admitted to colleges and universities in our province. Agricultural registered permanent residence's freshmen, with the admission notice and the relevant documents required by the household registration department, go through the local urbanization procedures at the local police station where they registered. Freshmen admitted to colleges and universities in other provinces are still subject to state regulations. If the province where the university is located does not require to move the household registration, it may not move the household registration, and handle the local farmers' conversion procedures according to the measures of the universities in this province. After graduation, students will go to the local police station in registered permanent residence to move in with their graduation certificate, employment registration certificate and certificate of receiving unit.
57. Candidates should go through the admission and registration procedures according to the time and relevant requirements stipulated by colleges and universities. Candidates who can't register at school on time should submit a written application to colleges and universities, and their registration can be postponed after approval.
According to the list of candidates approved by the Provincial Admissions Office and the admission notice issued by the school, colleges and universities handle the admission and other related procedures for freshmen in accordance with relevant regulations and requirements.
Candidates who fail to report within the time limit without consent are deemed to have waived their admission qualifications. Colleges and universities should summarize the list of candidates who voluntarily give up their admission qualifications according to the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the students are located, and submit it to the provincial admissions office within 20 days after the normal registration deadline stipulated by the school.
According to the list of candidates who voluntarily give up admission qualifications submitted by colleges and universities, the provincial admissions office cancels the corresponding candidates in the database of candidates admitted in this province, establishes a separate database of candidates who voluntarily give up admission qualifications, and reports it to the Ministry of Education for the record.
58. Colleges and universities that recruit walk-in students must upload the database of walk-in students who have passed the exam to the "Sunshine College Entrance Examination" platform of the Ministry of Education before April 10. The Provincial Admissions Office will download materials on the "Sunshine College Entrance Examination" platform before April 20 to handle the admission examination and approval procedures, and send the admission list of students who walk to relevant universities.
Colleges and universities that organize the entrance examination separately (except for four pilot schools in higher vocational colleges in this province) should submit relevant data and written reports to the provincial admissions office before June 30.
After the admission, the Provincial Admissions Office will report all the candidates admitted by our province on time according to the date stipulated by the Ministry of Education (including candidates admitted by unified examination, walking and individual examination), which will be the main basis for electronic registration of freshmen's school status.
59. After the regular admission, all undergraduate enrollment will not be repeated. If the freshmen at the junior college level fail to report, the colleges and universities shall apply. With the consent of the study, the Provincial Admissions Office will re-solicit volunteers within the scope of students who have not been admitted in our province, and organize relevant colleges and universities to make up the records at the specialist level according to the original admission rules. The specific work will be arranged separately. Colleges and universities are not allowed to organize their own students and charge in advance, and students who have not gone through the admission procedures by the provincial recruitment office are not allowed to enter school in advance.
60. Due to network transmission factors or other reasons, provincial admissions offices and colleges and universities should actively negotiate with candidates in a responsible attitude, properly solve the problems left over from enrollment, and do a good job in related work.
