Previously, it was stipulated that they could go back to the mainland after physical examination in Taiwan Province Province, and then send their documents back to Taiwan Province Province for their families to help them, so that they could get a copy of the residence permit for their dependent relatives first, and then take the original when they return to Taiwan Province next time.

A person who received a notice from the Environmental Management Bureau within the previous year may apply for a residence permit for supporting relatives. So my wife called my brother in my hometown to notarize the certificate of no criminal record, which is also commonly known as the notarization of good citizen card. There are several points that need to be reminded, and the notarization of good citizen cards must be paid attention to.
First of all, please ask your family to bring your spouse's household registration book or ID card to the police station to help you apply for a certificate of no criminal record. Please note that the above date must be correct. For example, my wife came to Taiwan Province Province for the first time1May 1990, and the last entry date was1June 1993, so the date of this good citizen card should be: XXX female, 28 years old, ID number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, no criminal record during her stay in the mainland before June 2004, and this is the last entry time. Please remember! ! !
I know a mainland girl in the Environmental Management Bureau. She just wrote the date of her first visit to Taiwan Province Province. As a result, the Environmental Management Bureau asked her: Then how do I know whether you committed a crime from 1990 to 1993? The results are returned and reprocessed.
One more thing, the address should be correct. For example, I saw with my own eyes that the notary office in Chinese mainland wrote that Yonghe City was few, only X Lane XXX, Zhongzheng Road, Taipei County, because there were many Zhongzheng Roads in Taipei County. So you can't either, so you can go back and do it again. It's best to write the full address, so there will be no mistakes. )
Then there is the place where you live, is it Fujian? Both Guangdong and Xinjiang were written while living in the mainland, such as Chinese mainland or Fujian. , are not qualified. For example, I have heard of an example. The name of anonymous's good citizen card is XXX, female, born on X, X, X, 197X, and her current address is X, XXX Lane, Yonghe City, Taipei County, Taiwan Province Province. This is to certify that before June 17, 2003. Results; The Environmental Management Bureau said: Just because you have no criminal record in Fujian does not mean that there are no other provinces. What we want is your record of living in the mainland, not a single area.
The general contents of the notarial certificate are:
Name XXX, female, born on 197X, current address: No.X XXX Lane, Yonghe City, Taipei County, Taiwan Province Province. This is to certify that she had no criminal record during her residence in the mainland before June 17, 2003.
Also pay attention to the steel seal, the two notarial certificates must be exactly the same, no more than one less, and the two copies must be exactly the same. A book cannot have two steel seals, and a book cannot have three steel seals. When SEF verifies, it will check whether the two books are exactly the same. Also, leave more photos that are the same as those of your family in Chinese mainland, so that if there are differences, you can reapply, and some photos can be applied at any time. Or leave color negative at home in Chinese mainland, just in case.
After her brother completed the notarization, he sent a copy to my wife immediately, suggesting not to send two copies at a time, so that one copy can be backed up in case it is lost. DHL will arrive in Taiwan Province Province for about 3 to 5 days, and then call SEF to ask if the notarial certificate has arrived for about 7 days. SEF's telephone number is 02-27 134726.
