If primary school students go to Australia to study, can their parents work part-time while accompanying them?

Hello,

Starting from July 1, 2016, Australia will further open up the study abroad market, and applicants over the age of 6 can apply to study in Australia.

All guardians must provide evidence of their financial ability when submitting their visa application, which can be proof of an annual income of more than 70,000 Australian dollars, or proof of savings of approximately 20,000 Australian dollars per year for living expenses.

In addition, parents who accompany students to study in Australia are not allowed to work. During the accompanying period, if you meet the qualifications, you can apply for immigration, but it needs to be decided according to the immigration category you are applying for.

As for working in a relative’s shop, what do you think of this? I still don’t recommend it, because it would be hard to tell if it is caught in a spot check.
