When was the Austro-Song Empire established?

Australia and Song Dynasty is an independent mainland country with a vast area, which exists in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. It was established by overseas immigrants at the end of Song Dynasty and developed modern civilization independently.

The Southern Song Dynasty lost Lin 'an in 1276, and completely withdrew from Chinese mainland in 1279. The Austro-Song Dynasty should have been established after 1279.
