132: Senior business talents who own shares in private enterprises with an annual turnover of not less than 3 million Australian dollars and are willing to establish or operate large enterprises in Australia can directly apply for permanent (residence) visas for business people. The applicant has been legally engaged in private enterprises, joint-stock enterprises or joint ventures for at least two years, with an annual turnover of more than 300,000 Australian dollars and a certain proportion of shares.

Individuals and their spouses have net assets of more than 250,000 Australian dollars and are under the age of 55; Or the applicant does not own any enterprise shares, but has held a senior position in a private enterprise, joint-stock enterprise or joint venture with a considerable scale for at least two years and is under the age of 55.

People who do not meet the above two conditions cannot apply for business investment immigration, but they can apply for immigration to Australia through other categories, such as skilled immigration, employer nomination, marriage and so on. Visa application fee includes government application fee, English study fee, certificate examination report fee, notarization fee, medical examination fee, business plan writing fee and lawyer's fee.

Notarization fee and medical examination fee (for reference only):
