Why are blacks called black and green?

Black people are called black and green for two reasons:

1. Black, Muslim or black Muslim countries are often called "black and green" in Europe. This word is mainly aimed at France, which has introduced a large number of black and green immigrants.

2. The term "black-green" refers to immigrants of blacks, Hispanics, mixed-race colored people and Muslims. Europe is generally limited to "black-green", while the United States immigration problem plus "Mexico" refers to Mexicans.
