On February 5, 2007, the Guichi District Committee of Chizhou City and the Chizhou Municipal People's Government issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of Administrative Division Adjustment in Guichi District of Chizhou City (Guifa [2007] 1No.): Mei Jie Town, Liu Jie Township, Niutoushan Town, Muzha Township, Meicun Town, Gaotan Township and Wuqi Township were cancelled. Newly established Mei Jie Town, Niutoushan Town, Meicun Town, Wusha Town, Tangxi Town and Meilong Street, Maya Street, Dunshang Street, Lishan Street and Qiu Jiang Street.

Cancel Chiyang Street and set up a new Chiyang Street. Xinchiyang Street is located in the southwest of the main city, starting from Changjiang Road in the east, Qingxi Street in the south, Baiyang River in the west and Qiupu Road in the north. It has jurisdiction over four communities, namely Gushun, Xiushan, Yanliuyuan and Nanhu, with a population of 25,350. Sub-district offices are temporarily stationed in Xiushan community.

Cancel Qiupu Street and set up a new Qiupu Street. Xinqiupu Street is located in the southeast of the main city, with four areas: Pingtianhu Road in the east, Yin Ji Road in the south, Changjiang Road in the west and Qiupu Road in the north. It governs five communities, namely Jiuhua, Xiao Su, Cuiwei, Yuehu and Huxin, with a population of 36,488. The sub-district office is temporarily stationed in Jiuhua Community.

Jia Xinghua village street. Xinghua Village Street is located in the northwest of the main city, with four boundaries: Changjiang Road in the east, Qiupu Road in the south and Qiupu River in the northwest. It governs 8 communities including Qiu Jiang, Qingfeng, Xinghua Village, Chikou, Chengxi, Shili, Kongjing and Changgang, with a population of 38 186. Sub-district offices are temporarily stationed in Xinghua village community.

Qingfeng Street is located in the northeast of the main city, with four boundaries: Pingtianhu Road in the east, Qiupu Road in the south, Changjiang Road in the west and Changjiang River in the north. It has jurisdiction over 7 communities in Bai Cui, Fu Xue, Chengbei, Jiang Yan, Donghu Road, Lily Garden and Hui Jing with a population of 52,874. Sub-district offices are temporarily stationed in communities along the Yangtze River.

Plus Qingxi Street. Qingxi Street is located in the southeast of the main city, with Maya Street in the northeast, Chiyang and Qiupu Street in the northwest and Lishan Street in the south. The population of Yongming Community, Qingxi Village, Biyan Village, Baisha Village, south of Lingyang Avenue, north of Baisha River Expressway and south of Lingyang Avenue in Qishan Community of Qiupu Street is 16230. The sub-district office is temporarily stationed in Yongming Community.

Adjust the scope of Lishan Street. Separate Yongming Community, Qingxi Village, Biyan Village and Baisha Village. The adjusted Lishan Street governs 9 villages, 1 community, with an area of 137 square kilometers and a population of 24,864. The resident of the sub-district office remains unchanged.

Adjust the scope of Maya street. Separate Xinlong Village, Shuangling Village, Ancestral Hall Village, Guanqian Community, garden club and xinhu community; Including Li Shun Village in the former Jiangkou Street, some villagers' groups in the north of Lingyang Avenue in Baisha Village in the former Lishan Street, some villagers' groups in the south of the expressway east of Baisha River and some villagers' groups in the east of Pingtianhu Road in the former Qiupu Street. The adjusted Maya Street governs 8 villages and 5 communities, with an area of 144 square kilometers and a population of 329 1 1. The resident of the sub-district office remains unchanged.

The resident of the sub-district office remains unchanged.
