Those who pass the examination and voluntarily stay in the original unit after the expiration of 2 years will be transferred to the establishment of public institutions, and the probation period will no longer be implemented in principle. During the service period, each person's monthly living allowance is 3,000 yuan for junior college students, 3,200 yuan for undergraduate students and 3,400 yuan for graduate students. A one-time resettlement fee of 3000 yuan will be given to the newly recruited "three supports and one support" volunteers who have served on the job for 6 months. Handle pension, medical and work-related injury insurance for volunteers during their service according to relevant regulations. The unit payment of various insurances shall be paid by the Provincial Office for Coordination and Management of Work with Three Supports and One Support, and the individual payment shall be withheld and remitted in the living allowance for volunteers with three supports and one support.
