Where is Yutai village?

Yutai Village, Liqizhuang Street, Xiqing District, Tianjin Yutai Village is located on the west side of the outer ring, south of Tianjin Highway and west of Liqizhuang Street. There are about 920 households in the village, with more than 2 100 villagers. The village has 2 100 mu of land. At present, the available land 1600 mu, mostly fish ponds and cultivated land. The homestead covers an area of more than 400 mu.

Since the renovation of bungalows in 2004, we have used our own land resources to cooperate with developers to complete the housing construction projects in Yu Zeyuan, Yuzexinyuan and Yuzejiayuan, all of which were used for distribution to villagers. In addition, there are communities such as Suntech Yutai Village, Hongcheng Yuxi Garden and Yuze Dongyuan.

The history of Yutai Village began in the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, and immigrants came here to build houses and settle down, named after Jiatai, later referred to as Yutai.

In the 1980s, Yutai Village took vegetables and grain as its main source of income, and also engaged in industry and sideline business. Crops always include tomatoes, cucumbers, Chinese cabbage, rice and other crops. Village-run enterprises have 9 factories including linoleum, strip steel and Deng Dong. 1995, Yutai village's economic income reached 4 150 yuan, its net income was 7.59 million yuan, and its per capita distribution level was 6,882 yuan, so it was rated as a star well-off village in Tianjin.

1992, Yutai village built the first apartment-style residential building in the south of the village, with a total construction area of 15393.2 square meters, and another residential building of 5779.2 square meters was built the following year. Since 2004, Yutai Village has used its own land resources to cooperate with developers in the renovation project of bungalows. By the end of 20 15, three residential areas have been built, namely Yu Zeyuan, Yuze Xinyuan and Yuze Jiayuan. The houses built include five-storey houses, 1 1 storey small high-rise houses and high-rise houses, all of which are allocated to villagers. Now all the villagers in Yutai Village have lived in spacious and bright buildings, with a per capita distribution area of nearly125m2. In addition, Yutai Village has also been built in Zedongyuan, Yuxiyuan and other residential areas and Yutai Village Commercial Street, and the sale and rental of houses has become an important source of income for Yutai Village.

There are Yangliuqing Museum, Tianjin Tropical Plant Sightseeing Park, Shi Jia Courtyard, Tianjin cierre Children's Leisure Tourism Zone, Tianjin Shuigao Manor and other tourist attractions near Yutai Village. There are special dishes such as shawo radish, persimmon covered with Panshan Mountain, fried cake with ear holes, whitebait, winter bamboo shoots and shrimp rolls.
