The application for the name of an individual industrial and commercial household within the jurisdiction of the same registration authority shall not be approved for registration under any of the following circumstances: the name is the same as that of an enterprise whose business license has been revoked for less than three years or an individual industrial and commercial household whose business license has been revoked for less than 1 year.
