In most regions and countries, candidates can register 4-6 months before the start of the exam, print the registration confirmation receipt in time after registration, and show it on the day of the exam. Step 5 of the new TOEFL test:

48 hours before the exam, log on to the TOEFL website again and print the registration confirmation receipt. This is mainly to prevent temporary changes in exams, such as changes in time and examination room, just in case.

Step 6 of the new TOEFL test:

From 12 to 24 hours before the test, and before the test period 10 pm (based on the local time of the test center), candidates can also log in to the TOEFL website to modify the designated institutions that send transcripts. At the same time, we should pay attention to keep enough sleep.

Step 7 of the new TOEFL test:

Two weeks after the exam, candidates can log on to the TOEFL website to check their individual test scores. IELTS preparation and registration process:

The first step: register with the examination center of the Ministry of Education as a system user for online registration.

If you have never used the online registration system of IELTS test in the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, you must register as a user first. To complete this step, you need to provide basic personal information, such as name, ID number, mailing address, telephone number and email address. After submitting the required information, the registration system of the examination center of the Ministry of Education will assign it a NEEA user ID number. Before registering, you will see the online registration agreement, which sets the corresponding terms for the users of the online registration system. You must click the agree button and agree to abide by these terms, otherwise, the system will not allow you to register. When you successfully register as a system user, the system will send you a confirmation email.

Important note:

Please note the name (in Chinese and English), gender, ID card type, ID card number and date of birth. The main information in the registration system will be used for IELTS test. You must ensure that this information is true and accurate. Once you enter this information into the system, the system will not allow you to change it.

Step 2: Pre-store the examination fee.

The IELTS registration process stipulates that candidates must pay all the examination fees before they can choose the examination position. After registering as a NEEA user, every time you enter the "My Status" page, the system will display the payment status of candidates, and candidates can view the examination positions. At the same time, candidates can also see the payment link. Clicking on the payment link will guide you through the payment process.

Step 3: Choose the examination location.

When you successfully deposit the examination fee into your account in the online registration system of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, the "My Status" page will display your account balance. Only when the balance is greater than or equal to the examination fee can candidates choose the examination position.

Click to select an examination post, and you will see the page corresponding to the registration time of the examination date, as well as the button of "academic class" or/and "training class". Click the "Academic" or "Training" button, and you can reserve a seat. If you can't click the button, it means that the category is full or the IELTS test of the corresponding category has not been held. Please note: Before the registration deadline, previously unavailable buttons may be reactivated because other candidates canceled their reservations. It is recommended to visit this page frequently.

After clicking the "Academic Class" or "Training Class" button, the test center selection is completed, and the information of the current status can be displayed on the "My Status" page, including the name of the IELTS test center, the test date, your registration ID and the amount of test fees to be paid. Click the two buttons of filling in the registration form, confirming payment and canceling reservation, and you can choose to enter the next step.

If you click the button to fill in the application form and confirm the payment, you will see the IELTS application form. When you fill in the registration form and submit it, you will be prompted to confirm the payment of IELTS test fee.

If you click the Cancel Appointment button, the system will cancel the examination position you selected. In this case, the system will not deduct the examination fee from the NEEA account.

Step 4: Fill in the registration form and confirm the payment.

After selecting the examination position, there is a button to fill in the registration form and confirm the payment on the "My Status" webpage. Click this button to fill in the IELTS registration form.

Before entering the IELTS registration form page, you must read the IELTS candidates' instructions in detail. After reading it, click the button next to "I have read the above instructions and agree to fully abide by the above terms". If you refuse to click this button, you will not be able to continue the registration process.

Please follow the instructions on the screen when you see the IELTS application form. Please note that the system is not allowed to enter name, gender, birthday, ID number, test date and test center repeatedly, because the above information has been entered before.

After completing the IELTS registration form, click the submit button to accept the candidate's statement. After that, the system will guide you to the "Payment with Balance" page, display your balance, and prompt you to confirm the payment of the examination fee. After confirming the payment of the examination fee, all the registration steps are completed. At this time, the system will guide you into "my state". If necessary, you can choose to click the following buttons: modify the registration form; Transfer to the exam; Cancel the registration and refund part of the fee.
