How to apply for a permanent residence visa in Australia?

The conditions for applying for permanent residence in Australia are as follows:

1. As a permanent resident of Australia, you have permanent resident status.

2. You have lived in Australia for 4 years before applying, and you have PR status in at least one of these 4 years (i.e. 12 months).
