What does foreign notarization mean?

Foreign-related notarization refers to the notarization act that the notary organ proves the authenticity and rationality of the legal acts, documents and facts that the applicant needs to implement abroad according to the application of domestic or foreign parties and legal procedures. Notarization matters vary according to different contents. Matters related to foreign-related notarization generally include: (1) proving the identity relationship of citizens or legal persons, such as origin, age, experience, education, professional title, length of service, etc. (2) Proof of marriage and family relationship, such as marriage, divorce, adoption, claim and guardianship.
