Why is Dajing dialect the same as Taizhou dialect, but different from Wenzhou dialect?

The vast majority of Yueqing residents belong to ancient Fujian immigrants; There are mainly four dialects, namely Liushi dialect in southern Ou dialect, Yueqing dialect in county Ou dialect (Chengguan), Hongqiao dialect in central Ou dialect and Huangyan dialect in northern Taizhou. Ou dialect, also known as Nanwu dialect, is mainly spoken on both sides of the Oujiang River, so it is called Ou dialect. There are different accents in European-speaking areas, which are called "poor money" by Liu people. Mainly: Yueqing dialect, Liushi dialect, Wenzhou dialect, Ruian dialect and so on. Among them, Liushi dialect has a population of about 500 thousand, which flows through Liushi Plain and some islands in Dongtou County. Because Wenzhou is the largest city in the Oujiang River basin, the foreign Ou dialect is mistakenly called Wenzhou dialect.

Dajing area is located in the north of Qingjiang River, bordering Taizhou. Residents are mainly descendants of Taizhou immigrants, and Dajing dialect is Taizhou Huangyan dialect.
