(3) Registration conditions

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

2. High school graduation or equivalent;

3. Good health;

4. Foreigners who have settled in our province have graduated from high school or equivalent education, and are registered in the county (district) where they live with the Alien Permanent Residence Permit or Alien Residence Permit issued by the Provincial Public Security Department.

5. In addition to meeting the requirements of the Ministry of Education, candidates must also meet the requirements of our province for registration conditions such as household registration and student status. For details, please refer to the Regulations on Enrollment of Colleges and Universities in Gansu Province (Gan Zhao Wei Fa [2008] No.40).

(four) the following persons shall not be registered

1. College students with higher education qualifications;

2. Students who have not graduated from senior secondary education schools;

3. Fresh graduates who registered by deception and illegally participated in the college entrance examination (including national unified examination, provincial unified examination and separate organization of colleges and universities) in the non-graduation year of senior secondary education;

4. Candidates who used communication tools to cheat in the college entrance examination last year, took the test or were replaced by others, were deemed to be serious;

6. Candidates from other provinces who move their household registration into our province for the purpose of further studies will not be transferred with their parents or caregivers.

Provisions on Enrollment Registration of Colleges and Universities in Gansu Province

(two) candidates' household registration and student status must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Candidates' parents and I are permanent residents in our province (the household registration has never been transferred from other provinces);

2. One of the candidates' parents is a military collective account or a demobilized soldier's account has moved to our province, and the candidate's own account is in our province;

3. Candidates have moved into the adopter's name as the adoptee's household registration. The adoptee holds the adoption registration certificate officially handled by the civil affairs department, attends high school in our province and obtains a formal student status;

4, approved by the organization and personnel department to mobilize the administrative institutions and state-owned enterprise civil servants and regular employees, father or mother and children's household registration has moved to our province, in our province to obtain a formal high school student status;

5. (5) In addition to the recent high school graduates who have been approved by the Provincial Department of Education to enroll in the enrollment middle schools in the province to register at the school location, other candidates must go to the county (district) Admissions Office where the household registration is located to take the college entrance examination. In other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) or within the scope of this province, students who cross-regional borrowing or re-recording should go back to the county (district) Admissions Office where their accounts are located to go through the college entrance examination registration procedures, and may not register across counties (districts) or two places.
