According to the Notice of Deqing County People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Measures for the Administration of New Resident Points in Deqing County (for Trial Implementation)

Thirteenth new residents who apply for integral management can apply for their minor children who meet the admission requirements to enter the initial grade of public schools in the compulsory education stage. Children over the age of 6 are enrolled in the first grade of primary school, and fresh primary school graduates are enrolled in junior high school.

Article 14 Before the end of April each year, the county-level education bureau will announce the number of new degrees in public schools in the compulsory education stage by region.

Fifteenth new residents every year from May 4th to June 4th to apply to the service window of new residents in the township (development zone) where they live, and submit the Application Form for Admission of New Residents in Deqing County (see Annex 2 for details), which must meet the following conditions and provide relevant materials:

(1) Zhejiang residence permit or Zhejiang temporary residence permit 1 year or above (inclusive);

(2) Resident ID card, household registration book or household registration certificate and family relationship certificate issued by the public security organ where the household registration is located;

(3) Proof that the domicile has no guardianship conditions;

(4) Work certificates such as labor contracts or business licenses signed with employers in this county for more than 1 year;

(five) the accumulated payment in the county 1 year social endowment insurance certificate;

(6) Provide the registration card for preschool education in the first grade of primary school and the registration card for compulsory education in the first grade of junior high school (students studying outside the province provide the original and photocopy of the original school certificate).

Sixteenth before the end of June each year, all the points application materials have been audited, and the system will summarize them by town (development zone) and school.

Article 17

Before the end of July each year, the county education bureau shall, jointly with townships (development zones) and schools, draw up a list of schools to be admitted according to the ranking of freshmen's points, submit it to the county Sunshine Admissions Leading Group for study and determination, and publicize it in townships (development zones) for no less than 5 working days.

If the children of new residents fail to enter the public schools they apply for because of the points ranking, the township (development zone) where they are located will adjust according to the points ranking and the spare degrees of other public schools in the region. Those who do not obey the adjustment will not be arranged. If you can't get into a public school according to the points, go to a private school or return to your hometown.

Applicants who have obtained admission qualifications carry their resident identity cards and go through the admission procedures for their children according to the regulations of the admission school within the specified time. Those who fail to go through the admission formalities within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
