Materials required for visa

1, personal passport

Passport is issued in (domicile), valid for more than half a year, five years or ten years, and the passport visa page is sufficient. If you have an old passport, you must submit it together with your new passport. (The date of return to China is valid for more than half a year)

2. Application Form

The applicant's signature on the form must be his own and filled in with black pen. (Both sides need to be printed on a piece of paper)

Step 3 take photos

Two 4.5cm * 4.5cm color photos on a white background were taken in the last 3 months. (You can't wear glasses)

4. ID card

Anyway, clear copies of ID cards on both sides. (needs to be copied on a piece of paper)

5. Household registration

Copy of the applicant's household registration book (per page). If the household registration book does not reflect the kinship within the second degree, a notarized proof of kinship or a copy of marriage certificate or birth certificate is required. (Copy from the first page to the last page)

The specific contents include: name, gender, date of birth, starting and ending years of working in this unit, when to start working in any position in this unit, indicating annual income (at least 6,543,800 yuan) and stamping with official seal.

9. Other documents

Copy of retirement certificate, marriage certificate and student ID card.

10, asset certificate

Copies of the original running bill (with a balance of more than RMB 6,543.8+0.5 million), personal deposit (more than RMB 250,000), real estate license, vehicle production certificate and other valuable assets in the past six months.

1 1, air ticket

The airline ticket reservation form issued by the airline is stamped with the official seal.

12, Hotel

Guests staying in hotels in Japan need our agency to make a reservation, and our agency will issue a hotel reservation form.

13, remarks

According to the information of the participants, the deposit is required to be paid, and the amount is 80-65,438 yuan+20,000 yuan per person in cash, depending on the information provided by the guests.

Special instructions

Applicants must be registered in this region (province or city). Please provide accurate and true information. If you provide false information, you will bear all the consequences. Those who were repatriated in the past for violating Japanese laws and those who were refused entry will not get visas. In addition, if the purpose and scheduled itinerary do not match the actual itinerary, the visa will not be issued.
