Second, the application materials:
1. Fill in the mainland travel permit for taiwan residents application form;
2. Submit photos that meet the "Guide to Photographing Entry and Exit Documents";
3. Submit my valid Taiwan Province ID card and Taiwan Province entry-exit certificate. If there is no identity card, submit the household registration book or the transcript of the household registration book. Submit the original relevant documents for inspection, and keep a copy of ID card or household registration book (household registration book) or an electronic scan.
