Quanmutang Reservoir enters Qidong route.

Jiulongling Tunnel to Shaodong, Shuangfeng and other areas. Quanmutang Reservoir is the largest single water conservancy project in Hunan, including Quanmutang Reservoir and irrigation canal system. The route for the reservoir to enter Qidong is from Jiulongling Tunnel to Xiaoping Village, Jiangjiaqiao Town, Qidong County, and then water is delivered to Shaodong and Shuangfeng through Ganxi Tunnel. The main function of this project is irrigation enclosure, which will have comprehensive functions such as urban and rural water supply, improving water ecological environment in irrigation area, shipping and power generation.
